Our service is based around the idea that with the right conditions, challenging situations can change. Leaving the organisation with more time, energy and momentum to get on with it. When bogged down with dysfunction in business, workplaces or relationships the potential is there to suck the life out of any organisation.
We use our techniques to influence the non-visible. People with conflict carry it with them, they talk about it, stew over it when driving, it keeps them up at night. All this is non visible but powerful enough to hold their focus. We tap into this by what is told to us through cases submitted with the mobile app.

Corporate organisations that are looking to change conditions around situations with conflicts, tensions and there is impeded progress within their business, workplace and relationships.
(2) How do users obtain an account?
They can either sign up to try the service with a free trial via the mobile app or through our website – https:www.changingtheconditions.com. After they have trialled the free service and have evaluated that there was benefit, they can continue to use the service

(3) Is this app meant for internal distribution in your own company, in the company of one target client, or in multiple target clients’ companies?
This app is aiming to attract multiple companies through the avenue of offering a free trial and then going onto purchasing the service. This app will be available to users in our own company because we can assign free tokens to be able to submit cases where we are facing conflict, tension or impeded progress. All users (internal and external will access from the App and Play store)
(4) In which countries will this app primarily be distributed?
Initially in the Asia Pacific region, we already have interest in Australia, Malaysia and New Zealand. If we find this is a popular option then we will look to expand beyond this region.
(5) If this app is meant for internal distribution, will the app be accessible by both internal and external partners? Or will it be exclusive to in-house employees?
See point 3. Due to the design of the app both internal users and external partners will access the app through download via the App store.
(6)What are tokens and what is the purpose of these in the app?
The app design allows us to use tokens as a way to create and track each case from a company. This allows us to collect the necessary information we need from a user to submit. The token design includes having unique identifier characteristics to
track the case from purchase, submission of the necessary information about the case, which company bought it, when it was submitted, assign an expiry date to them, and being able to assign tokens to individual users within a company.
